 Q2. How much is the registration for each age group?

Auskick Play – $125

U8.5 Mixed – $280

U8.5 Girls – $280

Q3. What’s included in the registration?

Our Registration prices include a team polo shirt, umpire fees, first aid fees, team photo, team presentation day/nights, club membership and all league fees.

Q4. Are there any additional costs?

The additional financial outlay that you may require is to purchase playing shorts and socks.

Q5. Can we choose which year level and team we play in?

Our main priority is to ensure that teams have an even number of players to ensure everyone gets an equal opportunity to learn and enjoy the game.

Team allocation requests may be made at the time of registration. Junior players are required to register within their age group but may request to play up one age group as per the Aspley Hornets Age Group Policy.

We will do our best to ensure requests are accommodated and communicate any issues at Junior Team Allocation Day (Date TBC).

Q6. When does the season Start?

Round 1 of the Junior Season starts after the Easter School holidays. 

Q7. When are games played?

Junior Games are normally played on Saturday mornings or the occasional Friday Night.

 Q8. When do I need to register by?

You need to be registered and fully financial before being able to play games. We recommend that you register prior to March so that you can be easily allocated into a team. Late registrations can still be accepted up until June 30th

Q9. When and where is training

We have 2 facilities that we operate out of, one is at Graham Road and the other is at Brendale. Junior training times and venues are confirmed during the team allocation process that takes place in the first week of March.

Q10. Do I have to volunteer throughout the year?

Whilst volunteering is not compulsory, we try to promote a club culture where everyone gets involved and does their part to help us run the fantastic football programs that we do. Some areas that you may be asked to help during the year are – Meat Tray Raffles, Canteen duties, washing jerseys, goal umpiring, water carrier, team manager and more.
